Hops are the female flowers (also called seed cones or strobiles) of the hop plant, Humulus lupulus. They are used primarily as a flavoring and stability agent, to which they impart a bitter, tangy flavor. HARVESTING ENJOYMENT! Our goal is to provide quality hops to our brewing partners, enabling them to create new exciting offerings. Our hops are grown on a traditional high trellis system, available in pellet format.
